Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS and Windows devices, applications, and peripherals.
  • Manage and administer Apple Business Manager and Jamf Pro for Apple device deployment, configuration, and compliance.
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications across both macOS and Windows (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, oversee hardware/software procurement, and manage lifecycle tracking.
  • Generate and maintain service metrics reports to monitor performance, ticket trends, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure timely and effective ticket resolution, maintaining high levels of user satisfaction and communication.
  • Coordinate and contribute to multiple concurrent IT initiatives and projects, ensuring deliverables stay on track and properly documented.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance support processes, documentation, and service quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience, with strong Tier 2 troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Expert knowledge of macOS and Apple management tools (Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager).
  • In addition to MacOS, some proficiency with Windows systems, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration in mixed Mac/Windows environments.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse operational IT tasks—from end-user support to project execution and system maintenance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to new technologies and shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with network troubleshooting, Wi-Fi management, and VPN support.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and compliance requirements for macOS and Windows.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, or Python) to automate repetitive tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65, $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
