Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated professional who excels at building relationships, promoting brand visibility, and developing community partnerships. The Marketing & Networking Specialist will represent Elevate Workforce throughout the Mobile and Gulf Coast areaengaging with local businesses, attending industry events, and creating marketing strategies that strengthen our presence in the staffing and workforce market.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, and driving growth through strategic networking and creative marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, industry leaders, and community organizations

Attend networking events, job fairs, chamber meetings, and community gatherings on behalf of Elevate Workforce

Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our services and brand across the region

Collaborate with internal teams to create social media content, campaigns, and promotional materials

Track outreach efforts, marketing performance, and community engagement activities

Support recruiting and sales teams with lead generation and local partnerships

Represent Elevate Workforce professionally and consistently in all community interactions

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, community outreach, networking, or sales (staffing experience a plus)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people

Ability to represent the company at events, sometimes outside standard business hours

Solid understanding of social media and basic marketing principles

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
