Production Line Operator, Assembly

Where: Knoxville, Tennessee
Pay & shiftsHourly: $15.00 – $17.75 based on position and shift differential
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday
Overtime may be required.
Your impact- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, inspect, and package products to quality standards
- Pick, stage, and ship materials; record inventory accurately
- Assist with product changeovers, sanitation, and equipment setup
- Keep work areas clean and organized; follow all safety rules
- Cross-train to support multiple departments as needs shift
- Prior production experience helpful but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Detail orientation and pride in delivering quality work
- Team-first mindset and eagerness to learn new skills
- Dependable attendance and on-time performance
