KEY HOLDER / SHIFT LEAD – JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview:

Healthy & Delicious is looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Key Holder / Shift Lead to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a positive environment, takes pride in clean and organized work, and can help open or close the store consistently. No previous leadership experience required, just a strong work ethic, great attitude, and the ability to follow systems. We will train you on everything.

Responsibilities:

- Open or close the store depending on the schedule

- Follow checklists to maintain a clean, organized, smooth-running shift

- Provide great customer service and create a welcoming environment

- Assist with simple food prep, smoothies, and basic line work

- Keep stations stocked, clean, and ready for the next shift

- Use the POS system accurately for orders and payments

- Support team members and maintain store standards

- Communicate clearly with the owner and team when issues come up

- Reliable and punctual (no call-out patterns)

- Friendly, calm, and coachable

- Able to follow systems and take direction

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- Takes pride in cleanliness and doing things right

- Available 15–30 hours per week
