Join us as a Senior Estate Administrator Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Senior Estate Administrator to join our Trust Company. In this role you will support the Director of Estate Administration (DEA) and Senior Estate Officers to efficiently administer estates wherein a BBH Trust Company is named as the fiduciary. The Senior Estate Administrator will monitor and assist in the collection and valuation of assets, payment of expenses, preparation of documentation and information for estate and other tax returns, and distribution of estate assets to beneficiaries. The Senior Estate Administrator will be responsible for record keeping and complying with internal and external policies, procedures, and best practices. Some of your responsibilities Include: 1. Estate Administration Assist with and monitor asset collection and valuations Process payment of expenses and maintain appropriate records Compile information for the preparation and filing of estate, gift, and income tax returns Partner with senior member of department in preparing accountings, making distributions, and settling estate 2. Relationship Management Interact directly with co-fiduciaries and beneficiaries Collaborate with outside advisors, relationship management teams, and trust officers to deliver comprehensive estate administration services Communicate with financial institutions and other vendors to collect assets and pay expenses 3. Salary Range $100k-$120k base salary + annual bonus target BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
