Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and manage Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and brokers within the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry
  • Serve as the primary liaison for ISOs, providing professional support, timely updates, and effective communication throughout the funding process
  • Review and evaluate deals for quality, ensuring alignment with company funding guidelines
  • Collaborate with underwriting and management to drive quality deal flow
  • Track performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and other industry-related functions

Experience:

  • Proven success in ISO management, business development, or B2B sales within the MCA industry
  • Established network of ISO and broker relationships is strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of MCA processes from lead generation to funding
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities effectively
  • Driven, professional, and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term business partnerships
