Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Hallandale Beach, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their product needs, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of roofing supply products. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, processing sales transactions, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with customers and team members
  • Organizational and Time Management skills for handling sales activities and maintaining an organized workspace
  • Basic Computer Literacy for processing sales transactions and managing inventory
  • Knowledge or experience in the roofing or construction supply industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a benefit
