Position Overview:

We're seeking reliable and motivated Licensed Only Agents (LOA) to join our in-person life insurance team.

There is no cold calling — all leads are warm, inbound, or pre-qualified through our internal systems.

You'll receive a consistent hourly wage with overtime pay, plus 10% commission on every sale you help close.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, coachable, and ready to work in a structured environment with strong income potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with local clients over phone, text, or in-person to assess insurance needs
  • Work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling
  • Assist with applications, documentation, and follow-up communication
  • Participate in local meetings and hands-on training sessions
  • Maintain professionalism, compliance, and excellent client service

Qualifications:

  • Life insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required (additional training provided)
  • Must be local to the Metro Detroit area (Macomb, Oakland, or Wayne County) and able to commute
  • Reliable, coachable, and capable of working full-time hours (12-hour shifts, 6 days/week)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Hours: 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week
  • Base Pay: $15/hour
  • Overtime: 1.5x hourly rate after 40 hours/week
  • Commission: 10% on every sale closed
  • Training: Paid by commission, with opportunities for advancement
