Job Type: PRN, Contract

Compensation: $80 per eval/ $65 per follow up visit

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy interventions to support recovery and improved mobility.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions
  • Supervise and delegate to PTAs as appropriate
  • Document patient progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Educate patients and families on exercise, mobility, and long-term health strategies

Qualifications:

  • Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a therapy team
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
