What You'll Be Doing:

As Assistant General Manager, you'll support the General Manager and lead your team to deliver legendary guest service and smooth operations every shift.

Train, coach, and support your team to be their bestLead daily shifts and act as MOD when neededHelp build schedules that support the team and guest needsKeep food quality and presentation up to Luna Grill standardsMonitor operations, clean and safe workspaces, and team performanceAssist with HR/payroll tasks, inventory, ordering, and administrative dutiesJump in to support any role when needed (teamwork makes the dream work)

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management experience is requiredComfortable leading both FOH & BOH teamsGreat communicator and motivatorStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPositive, flexible, and guest-obsessedHigh school diploma required; A.A. degree preferredTech savvy (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
