Kelly Services is hiring for our client—a reputable financial institution in Honolulu Join a dedicated team and make an impact by ensuring essential banking operations run smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day back-office operations, including deposit product maintenance, monetary processing, return items, compliance tasks, lockbox, micrographics, legal processing, and ACH processing.
  • Research and resolve back-office operational issues independently.
  • Monitor and coordinate all deposit operations processing, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and management.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while resolving internal and external customer problems and complaints.
  • Maintain individual KPI logs and assist with procedure updates as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, bank policies, and regulations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum 1 year of banking operations experience, including knowledge of bank products, services, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
