Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves working on diverse projects, including various residential outdoor living projects inlcuding decks, pergolas, pavilions, cabanas and poolhouses.

Duties

  • Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with carpentry work.
  • Install framing, decking, siding and other exterior finishes to enhance building aesthetics and durability.
  • Fabricate custom wood structures and fixtures according to project specifications.
  • Execute trim carpentry work, including the installation of baseboards, crown molding, siding and ceilings.
  • Collaborate with project managers to provide accurate construction estimating for materials and labor.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in various carpentry techniques, including fixture installation and trim work.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
  • Valid driver's license is required depending on job site locations.
