Job Summary:

Fairport Harbor Schools is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated coaches to lead and support our high school softball program. The successful candidates will promote a positive team culture, focus on skill development, sportsmanship, and academic achievement, and represent the district with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Prior coaching or playing experience in softball preferred

  • Possess or be willing to obtain all required OHSAA coaching certifications, including:

  • Pupil Activity Permit (PAP)

  • CPR, First Aid, Concussion in Sports, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training
  • Fundamentals of Coaching certification
  • Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, staff, parents, and the community
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
