Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members in food preparation, customer service, and food safety protocols to uphold brand standards.
  • Oversee food handling, cooking processes, and food production to guarantee quality and consistency.
  • Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
  • Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation standards, and proper food safety procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Assist in shift management tasks such as scheduling staff coverage, conducting interviews for new hires, and managing labor costs.
  • Support training & development initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge in food service management.
  • Participate in budgeting activities and contribute to achieving financial goals through effective cost control measures.
  • Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and high employee morale.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
  • Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions and cash handling.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage team performance.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations applicable to the food industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and shift management is highly desirable.
  • Previous hospitality management or restaurant experience including casual dining or banquet settings is preferred.
