Founded in Los Angeles in 2013, RTA, short for Road To Awe, is a ready-to-wear and accessories collection celebrating the journey of self-expression through style. RTA blends the duality of dark and light with elements of fantasy, sexuality, and mystery to embrace a life lived to the fullest. Starting as a womenswear line exclusive to Bergdorf Goodman, RTA expanded into menswear in 2017, the same year it was named a finalist in the prestigious CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. RTA continues to redefine modern fashion by pushing creative boundaries and crafting designs that inspire individuality.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Keyholder role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Keyholder will support day-to-day operations by providing exceptional customer service, facilitating retail sales, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. This role includes opening and closing duties, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting in creating an inviting and engaging store atmosphere. Additionally, the Keyholder will act as a team leader when management is unavailable.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Customer Service skills
- Ability to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience through effective communication and problem-solving
- Comprehensive Product Knowledge and ability to stay updated on brand history and current collections
- Strong organizational, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Previous experience in retail or fashion is a plus
