Brief Description
Forest Lawn's Client Accounts department is searching for an Advanced Client Representative that will be responsible for Providing clerical support to Vice President of Client Accounts by carrying out a wide variety of responsibilities, some of which include handling client inquiries and concerns, assisting with client family accounts, contract entry, running queries and integrity reports.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Daily contract entry including processing complicated transactions related to contracts like property exchanges/trade-ins, funeral policies and funeral goods/services for at-need contracts.
  • Answer phone calls including inter departmental and external calls from clients.
  • Preparation of funeral conversion worksheet and quoting equities.
  • Work with other departments, such as Advance Planning and Memorial Counseling regarding client family accounts.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding accounts via telephone, in person, e-mail, or mail in an accurate and expedient manner.
  • Address client family concerns with compassion and empathy in a timely manner. Seek guidance as needed.

Requirements

  • PC Literate; have basic knowledge of Word and Excel; Must type at least 60 wpm.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be able to work on-site.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Payment Collection experience preferred.

Drug Testing Policy

The drug screening method is a hair collection test that will detect the use of illegal drugs within the past 90 days. A positive drug test may result in the withdrawal of the job offer.
