OTB At Hastings in South Fayette, PA is looking for line cooks to join our strong team. We are located on 1595 Mayview Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Full and Part time positions available.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory
  • Dish Washing

Qualifications:

  • Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
  • Able to meet all scheduling commitments
  • Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
