Job Overview:
The Concierge Associate provides exceptional office and front of office services. As the first face and first impression for SPS offices, including many clients, guests, and vendors, the Conciergeisresponsible for delivering an incredible welcoming experience in our reception area making each encounter fun, exciting and personal. They consistently deliver an elevated best-in-class guest experience.
Typical Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to colleagues and guests
- Conduct floor walks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and stocked supplies
- Support visitor registration, meeting room bookings, and special requests through technology
- Deliver personalized service, build relationships, and anticipate needs
- Maintain safe and clean reception areas per policies and procedures
- Track preferences and accommodate special requests creatively
- Collaborate with Workplace Experience and service teams to ensure seamless support
- Create best-in-class experiences that leave lasting positive impressions
Competencies:
- Strong written/verbal communication & customer service
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Organized, multitasker, able to work independently
- Skilled in accurate packing methods, materials, and slip validation
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2+ years' experience (preferred)
- Flexible to assigned schedules
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with or able to learn required systems
- Professional demeanor and adherence to policies
Physical Demands:
- Able to lift/move 40–60 lbs. with cart assistance
- Walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for long periods
- Manual dexterity for office equipment
Travel: None or Negligible
