We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the North America Enterprise marketing team with activities and projects across operations, events, programs and ABM campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience working in Field Marketing & ABM, is well organized, and manages tasks efficiently and effectively.

The Role:

  • Campaign execution support: Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of ABM and field marketing campaigns, including email, digital, and event-driven activities.
  • Event coordination: Support logistics for enterprise events, execute programs, and webinars (invitations, registrations, and reporting), lead uploads, and playbooks.
  • Account research and insights: Help build account profiles and track engagement to support Enterprise Marketing Managers in tailoring programs for top accounts.
  • Custom content & collateral management: Assist with creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and digital teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and executed effectively
  • Administrative support: Manage project trackers, timelines, and budget to ensure programs are delivered on time and on target.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong technical capabilities and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Must have strong Experience with Microsoft/Excel/Powerpoint
  • It is a bonus if you have had experience with PowerSpend an PowerBI (a bonus), Salesforce, and leverage of AI
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Can work independently and also collaborate well
  • Preferred strong writing and editing skills
  • You are creative, brainstorm, think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table.
  • You tackle new challenges and have the ability to be a part of a marketing team that is transforming, evolving and growing to meet the needs of the digital age.
  • You are solution-oriented and use a combination of data, logic and creativity to accomplish your goals.
  • You are comfortable working across diverse teams and possess strong communication and consensus-building skills.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay: $32-$36/hour
