Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Medicare Manager to lead the growth and operational excellence of our Medicare line of business. In this strategic role, you will establish internal workflows, deliver agent training and support, and serve as the go-to subject-matter expert for Medicare offerings. By collaborating with technology and carrier partners, you will ensure a compliant, high-performing environment that drives business results and enhances the agent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Enablement
- Develop and implement operational processes, workflows, and documentation.
- Participate in training sessions with carrier and technology partners to gain platform mastery.
- Create and maintain training content, guides, and communications for agents.
Business Leadership & Performance
- Contribute to the Medicare business strategy and growth plan.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and operational improvements.
Agent Support & Development
- Serve as the primary contact for all Medicare-related inquiries.
- Assist agents in navigating systems, product selection, and certification workflows.
Carrier & Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain productive relationships with carriers and training partners.
- Facilitate resolution of escalations and enhance agent experiences.
- Contribute to competitive product and compensation strategy development.
Compliance & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Ensure adherence to all Medicare-specific regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate across departments including Compliance, Sales Ops, IT, and Marketing.
- Champion cross-sell efforts in coordination with other business units.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License (Required)
- Based in the Miami area – onsite role
- 3+ years of experience in Medicare sales and agency support
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- Ability to learn and simplify complex systems and tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Self-starter mindset and comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Fewer agent support escalations
- Strong partner satisfaction and positive feedback
- Growth in cross-sell activity across the organization
