The Maine Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MECASA) is seeking a team member to join our creative, supportive, and energetic office.

The Youth Advocacy Coordinator position is charged with improving statewide response to youth sexual abuse in Maine through: increasing the identification of sexual abuse of youth, supporting the sustainability and quality of Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) services, improving systems that support youth sexual abuse survivors' ability to heal and seek justice, and expanding the capacity of providers and partners to respond to commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC).

Our organization is committed to work/life balance and supporting the individuals with whom we work. The position's starting salary range is $60,000 - $73,000 depending on relevant experience, skills, and expertise. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, based on 40 hours per week. However, the number of hours a week is negotiable. We offer paid holidays, vacation, sick time, and retirement package in keeping with industry norms, as well as a flexible schedule. We offer a choice of two individual health insurance plans, MECASA pays 100% of premium for one of them and the other requires a small employee contribution pay period. We offer generous paid family medical leave.
