We're growing quickly and are looking for a creative, community-minded Marketer to help us share our story and reach more families.

Position Overview

The Marketer will plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives to promote Sunny Kids Dental within the community and online. This person will work closely with the practice owner, manager and team to strengthen our brand, increase patient engagement, and support practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging, family-friendly content that highlights our services, staff, and patient experiences.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize posts for engagement and reach.
  • Community Outreach
  • Build relationships with local schools, daycares, and community organizations.
  • Coordinate participation in school events, health fairs, sponsorships, and local festivals.
  • Develop creative ideas for giveaways, contests, and partnerships that promote our brand.
  • Reputation Management
  • Encourage and manage patient reviews on Google and other platforms.
  • Respond to online feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Advertising & Promotions
  • Assist in creating marketing materials (flyers, postcards, banners, etc.).
  • Help plan and track digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Internal Marketing
  • Support patient retention efforts through newsletters, referral programs, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to promote in-office events or special initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience (healthcare or pediatric setting a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
