Corporate Housing Inside Sales Assistant

 
Location:
 On-site | Within 30-minute driving distance of 6402 South Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33611

 
Travel:
 Up to 30% (Texas, Idaho, national & local networking sessions)

Inside Sales Assistant
 to support our sales and client service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to leads through multiple online portals and platforms promptly and professionally
  • Handle inbound phone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support sales efforts by coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Draft, send, and 
    edit leases and contracts for multiple counties
     with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-ups for new and existing business
  • Represent the company at local and national networking sessions, trade shows, and events (travel up to 30%)
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales tools
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Perform additional in-person administrative and sales support duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Corporate housing or relocation experience required
  • Proven 
    sales experience
    , preferably in hospitality, real estate, or corporate housing
  • Strong organizational skills and 
    exceptional attention to detail
    , especially with contracts and leases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude
  • Must be comfortable working with leases across multiple counties
  • Must 
    love pets
    , as many of our clients travel with their furry companions
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for networking and business opportunities
  • Must have a 
    reliable personal vehicle
     and valid driver's license
  • Must live 
    within 30 minutes of our World Headquarters
     (Tampa, FL 33611)
