About Us

The Dallas Paddock Club is a growing F1 and motorsport social club dedicated to building community, connection, and excitement around racing in Dallas. We host Formula One and other motorsport watch parties, community evebts, collaborate with local venues and brands, and create memorable experiences for motorsport fans. We are expanding into additional motorsports and looking for a collaborative intern to grow with us.

About the Role

We are seeking a Spring Intern to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing, and brand partnerships. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder, attend IndyCar and F1 realated events, and coordinate activities that support watch parties and community engagement.

You'll start by shadowing F1 races to learn operations and transition into being the point of contact during IndyCar watch parties. You'll also have the chance to contribute to social media content, assist with emails, and participate in venue and brand partner meetings.

This internship is ideal for students studying marketing or communications, who are passionate about motorsports and eager for hands-on, collaborative experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and assist at IndyCar and F1 watch events on Sundays
  • Take photos and video content for social media
  • Support event coordination alongside the founder
  • Participate in venue or brand partner meetings as opportunities arise
  • Collaborate on email communications and marketing tasks
  • Collaborate on event ideas and provide/receive constructive feedback
  • Attend one weekly one-on-one meeting with the founder

Responsibilities are flexible and can be adjusted based on the student's skills and schedule.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to give and recieve to feedback
  • Availability most Sundays and flexibility for weekday meetings
