We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team in [City]. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while embodying our values of compassion and dedication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) for clients.
  • Monitor and document patient health and behavior.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and manage care plans.
  • Assist with mobility and physical support, including heavy lifting when necessary.
  • Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role in home health or senior care settings.
  • Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and basic medical procedures.
  • Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate patient care.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license may be required depending on client needs.
