Production Associate – Good & Well Supply Co. (Seattle, WA)

Good & Well Supply Co. is a small business dedicated to creating candles and home fragrance products inspired by America's National Parks. We're looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team and help bring the scents of the outdoors inside.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay: $22/hour

What You'll Do

  • Assist with candle production: wick preparation, glassware setup, labeling, and cleaning finished candles
  • Operate filling machines and prepare packaging
  • Assemble other products (incense cones, air fresheners, room sprays)
  • Maintain organized inventory of raw materials
  • Keep the workshop clean and orderly (sweeping, breaking down boxes, trash/recycling)

What We're Looking For

  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for 7–8 hours
  • Ability to lift 15–40 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)

WORKING CONDITIONS

Given the nature or our products, you will be most comfortable if you can tolerate a highly fragrant work environment. Please be advised that we are in a large warehouse space where the temperature can fluctuate based on the weather outside. Please also note that there are dogs present in the building.
