Come join us Mobius has an exciting position as a senior Cyber Test Analyst directly supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Directorate for Test Resources (MDA/DTR). This experienced Cyber Test Analyst supports flight test resource planning, analysis and execution for a variety of Missile Defense System (MDS) test events. The candidate must be capable of leading support for planning, integrating, executing, and analyzing cyber testing on complex MDA IT systems.

Duties of a Senior Cyber Test Analyst may include:

• Experience using Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS) as the tool to maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation/status is preferred
• Ability to develop and maintain RMF Certification and Authorization documentation, standard operating procedures, policies, and security instructions for both networked and stand-alone computer systems
• Ability to serve as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for systems assigned; Responsibilities of an ISSO include (but are not limited to), maintenance of authorization packages, account management, security auditing and configuration management reporting
• Ability to provide oversight and guidance for multiple networked and stand-alone computer systems
• Ability to support a Cyber Security Program to include but not limited to Cyber Security policy, procedures, and regulations to assist with identifying potential cybersecurity issues
• Possess the ability to clearly express ideas/concepts, coordinate with facility and organizational leads to resolve issues, and can work closely with asset managers
• Possess excellent communication skills - both oral and written - and possess analytical skills to identify and fault isolate problems/issues, accurately assess relevance of information, generate and evaluate alternatives, and provide solution recommendations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity related position
• Security tool experience (e.g. Endpoint Security Solution (ESS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), ArcSight)
• Strong authentication/multifactor authentication methods, auditing, and enforcement
• Auditing and logging tools and processes
• An understanding of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), Cyber Task Orders (CTO), and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM)
• Experience with Enterprise Tools, network devices, and an understanding of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model
• Ability to monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard information systems, networks, and databases
• Ability to implement, enforce, communicate, and develop security education/ awareness program policies/plans for data, software applications, hardware, telecommunications, and information systems
• Ability to establish and satisfy system-wide information security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands
• DoD 8140 (DoD 8570) IAM Level III Certification; below certifications meet this requirement:
• Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) Security +
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)

Education

• BS Degree in Information Systems or related technical degree with 8 years of IT related work experience

Clearance

• Active Secret Clearance required.
