Pay and Benefits

Principal Duties:

· Changing oil, checking fluid levels, rotating tires, preventative care

· Inspect, maintain, and service a wide variety of vehicles

· Educate customers on services performed and vehicle needs

· Approach the job with a "customer first" mentality

· Ensure a clean and professional work environment

· Contribute to a highly motivated team environment

· Be professional in appearance and attitude

· Treat others with respect and consideration while following VALVOLINE policies and procedures

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals

· Ability to complete basic mathematical equations

· Ability to apply concepts of basic math, grammar, punctuation and spelling

· Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors

Experience & Requirements:

· Previous technician experience preferred but not required. Valvoline is committed to training employees at all levels of experience and knowledge.

· Must have the flexibility to work weekends and other scheduled shifts, varied between 7:00am - 7:30pm.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.

Very heavy work - Exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or more than 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.

Job Type: Full-time, up to 40 hours, overtime as needed

Work Location: In person – Must be located near the job site

Pay: $35,000-$40,000, composite hourly $16-$18 base (DOE) and bonus potential
