Job Summary:

The PC Technology Operations Analyst is responsible for imaging and configuring Windows 11 laptops and desktops . This role supports the deployment of new hardware and manages the intake of legacy Windows 10 devices for reuse, preparing and upgrading them to Windows 11 in alignment with project timelines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute large-scale imaging of desktop and laptop systems using enterprise-standard tools and procedures built on Microsoft Intune Autopilot.
  • Configure devices with a standardized Windows 11 baseline, incorporating customized line-of-business applications based on specific user requirements.
  • Prepare systems for deployment, including boxing/unboxing and hardware upgrades (RAM, HDD, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate unresolved problems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in IT ticketing systems for all imaging and configuration tasks.
  • Collaborate with the onsite Lead Engineer and other IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of systems.
  • Follow established operational procedures for processing PC configuration requests and orders.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and quality control standards.

Qualifications:

  • 10 + years of strong experience with Windows 11 and Windows 10 operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and imaging tools (e.g., Intune Autopilot, SCCM, OSD).
  • Knowledge of PC hardware components and peripheral devices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
