We invite a compassionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Team Lead Withdrawal Management Specialist. This position coordinates and monitors patient activities and daily operations of the assigned withdrawal management during the assigned shift. Efficiently multitask and delegate work to others.
Please note that all applicants must undergo a pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, as well as a comprehensive background check and TB test.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assign tasks to employees on shift.Cover the shift if the assigned employee calls in or fails to show up.
Addresses and resolves patients' inquiries and complaints.Cleans and organizes work area as needed.Orders supplies and products.Reports losses, employee behavioral issues, patient complaints, and other significant issues to upper-level management.
Adheres to and enforces company policies and guidelines.
Assists in interviewing applicants for open positions.
Oversees employee training sessions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
A Certified Addiction Technician (CAT) is required.
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in withdrawal management, providing direct patient care, assessment, triage, crisis intervention, etc.
Other:
Solid communication skills and basic computer skills are required.
CPR and First-Aid certification (initial training and renewals paid for by the agency).
Must be able to take vital signs and recognize medical problems.
Valid driver's license and insurability.

The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform basic functions. The employee must be able to assist other employees in moving patients.
