At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As a Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties:

Description
GCI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Targeter to provide technical analysis and support to a fast-paced work environment. The successful candidate will leverage skills parsing information from complex sourcing to provide actional project taskings. All applicants must have strong analytic, writing, and presentation skills and must be able to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Tasks

  • Generate and develop actionable project tasks
  • Articulate the importance of tasks to non-technical stakeholders
  • Use multiple methodologies to develop suggestions
  • Provide timely, concise, and accurate analytics to stakeholders
  • Draft and coordinate reports
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to senior-level requirements

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience supporting cyber solutions
  • Experience in specialized methodologies and tools
  • Ability to apply methodologies in unique situations
  • Experience assimilating and evaluating large amounts of multi-source information
  • Strong analytic, writing, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with customer systems and tools
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships among stakeholders

Desired Skills

  • Foreign language skills: Chinese
  • Basic working knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular and computer networks

Education Requirement

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Experience Requirement

  • 8-10 years of experience
  • A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
