High Point Bookkeeping is seeking a part-time, powerhouse accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings the expertise of a fractional CFO with the hands-on precision of a controller.

Position: Accountant / Fractional CFO

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends

Starting Base Salary: $2,000/month (part-time)

Growth Potential: Performance-based bonuses and expansion opportunities

What You'll Do
  • Deliver Fractional CFO-style financial insights and reporting for multiple clients
  • Oversee and mentor a team of junior accountants
  • Manage QuickBooks Online across multiple industry standards
  • Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and monthly reporting
  • Communicate proactively with clients — turning data into actionable strategy
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all engagements
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of CFO or Controller-level experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and multi-industry accounting practices
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills — customer-facing experience required
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle competing priorities
  • Proven leadership — comfortable supervising and reviewing staff work
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
  • References required
