Healthyholic is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role is

focused on driving sales through upselling, customer education, and creating a positive in-store

experience.

Job Responsibilities


• Actively engage with customers to recommend smoothies, supplements, snacks, and meal plans.


• Use sales scripts and product knowledge to upsell and increase average ticket size.


• Assist customers with EVOLT scans and explain results to promote meal and supplement

solutions.


• Follow up with past customers to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.


• Assist in merchandising and keeping displays well-stocked and organized.


• Operate the POS system for transactions, returns, and exchanges.


• Participate in in-store sampling events and community promotions.


• Help capture customer contact information for marketing and follow-up campaigns.


• Support the manager with additional operational tasks when needed.

Job Requirements


• Experience in retail, food service, or sales preferred.


• Strong persuasive communication and customer service skills.


• Energetic, outgoing, and able to connect quickly with customers.


• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.


• Knowledge of supplements or nutrition is an advantage.


• Team player willing to support colleagues and management as needed.


• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
