Patient Coordinator-Oral Surgery

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Consultants, a Twin Cities oral surgery group practice is searching for a full time Patient Coordinator.

Hours:

  • Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Position also has option to work a four day week

This position will support the Doctors with delegated job duties that include:

  • Direct Patient Care
  • Greeting and registering patients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Preparing treatment plans.
  • Determining insurance benefits
  • Posting charges and payments
  • Ordering supplies
  • and additional responsibilities

Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, proven organizational skills, and show a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing quality care to patients. Dental or medical experience preferred.
