We're Hiring: Systems Analyst – Join Our Digital Platforms Team

Location:
Durham, NC - 2 weeks onsite per Month

Are you a
Systems Analyst
with a passion for technical design, data analysis, and collaborative team environments? We're looking for someone to join our
Digital Platforms Workplace Investing Technology
team and play a key role in delivering top-notch digital experiences for our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Translate Requirements into Action
    : Take high-level requirements and dive into technical details, creating documentation and technical designs to build customer-facing webpages.
  • Work with APIs
    : Handle REST (mostly) and SOAP APIs, map them to webpage fields, and collaborate with web services teams.
  • Data Analysis & SQL
    : Perform data mining, pull test data, and help the Business Analyst make informed decisions based on the data.
  • End-to-End Testing
    : Conduct QA Automation testing for user stories, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Agile Collaboration
    : Work closely with the Scrum team (Dev, QA, Scrum Master, Product Owner), Jira/Confluence, and Agile methodology to deliver results.
  • Flexibility
    : Be the glue that holds the team together, jumping in where needed—whether it's testing, development, or anything in between.
  • Strong Communication & Problem-Solving
    : Help drive decisions, mentor others, and contribute to a supportive, proactive environment.

Who You Are:

  • Min 7 years
    of systems analysis experience (experience in financial services a plus).
  • A
    self-starter
    , quick learner, and go-getter with
    excellent communication skills
    .
  • Experience with
    REST APIs
    ,
    SQL
    , and
    QA Automation
    (Jira/Confluence knowledge a plus).
  • Comfortable working in an
    Agile environment
    and have a deep understanding of troubleshooting and problem-solving.
