The Tosca Data Integrity role is essential for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across various systems. Duties
- Monitor and validate data integrity across multiple databases and platforms.
- Collaborate with project management teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into data warehouses.
- Conduct thorough analyses using SQL, Python, and Tableau to generate insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement database structures that enhance data collection and storage efficiency.
- Lead efforts in big data management, ensuring seamless integration of linked data across systems.
- Apply Agile methodologies in project execution to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Provide leadership in data governance practices, fostering a culture of accountability in data management.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong understanding of ETL tools such as Informatica and Talend.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks related to data processing.
- Expertise in Oracle database management systems.
- Solid background in database design principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
- Experience in project management methodologies, particularly Agile frameworks.
- Leadership capabilities to guide teams towards achieving data integrity goals.
