Looking for a self-motivated and reliable caregiver for a Full time 40 hours a week guaranteed position. Thursday through Monday 10:30am-7:00pm. Must have reliable transportation and the ability/willingness to commute around Thurston, Lewis & Mason Counties.

Our guaranteed hour Caregivers are CNAs who:

  • Earn $21 -25 PER HOUR
  • Work FULL-TIME positions
  • Work 40 HOURS weekly (excluding holidays)
  • Have STEADY SCHEDULES
  • Commute between clients in a centralized area in a timely manner
  • Work with a CONSISTENT GROUP OF CLIENTS
  • WORK CLOSELY with and are SUPPORTED by a designated team leader and scheduler.

ABOVE Home Health is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our AMAZING team of caregivers. In this role, you will be assigned to a team and provide one-on-one care to a consistent group of clients providing shorter visits while seeing upwards of 8 clients a day.

We want to make sure our caregivers have the tools and environment to do what they do for our seniors.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide medication reminders and monitor vital signs
  • Document and report any changes in client's condition to the care team
  • Assist clients with meal planning, preparation, and feeding, according to their dietary needs and preferences
  • Help clients with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments/errands

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Current Valid Driver's License and a clean Drivers abstract
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute around Thurston, Lewis & Mason Counties
  • Vehicle that can easily transport seniors to appointments
  • Basic CPR and First-Aid Certification
  • Smartphone
