What You'll Do

As a Guest Experience Area Leader, you set the tone for hospitality in the restaurant. You're an expert in creating great guest experiences—from greeting customers and managing service flow to handling concerns with care and turning them into unforgettable moments. You'll coach and train other team members, helping them deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that keeps guests coming back.

You'll also support the management team by improving customer satisfaction results—reducing wait times, increasing guest survey scores, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your Day Might Include:

  • Leading by example during peak service times at the front counter and drive-thru
  • Coaching and training team members on service excellence and guest recovery
  • Handling guest feedback with professionalism and care, turning challenges into positive outcomes
  • Monitoring service times, accuracy, and guest satisfaction metrics
  • Supporting the management team in driving improvement goals and shift operations
  • Encouraging teamwork and communication to keep the restaurant running smoothly
