As a Product Designer on Creator, you'll design user-centric UX for game operations tooling that will empower Roblox creators to build long term success for their experiences. You will design and build end-to-end user journeys, working collaboratively with other team leads across product, research, data science, and engineering, to understand user needs and design innovative design solutions. You will build the tools for Creator Hub, Roblox's centralized platform and resource hub for all Roblox creators, which offers tools and resources to manage, learn, and grow creator content. You will report to the Senior Design Manager for Creator Success.

You Will

• Design for Game Operations tools, defining UX strategy, and collaborating on the roadmap.
• Develop a deep understanding of live ops and creator tooling, including user needs, behaviors, and motivations to advise design decisions.
• Craft end-to-end experiences, and bring in new perspectives and industry knowledge.
• Deeply care about craft by creating visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces across devices for a global audience.
• Collaborate with the Foundation Design Systems team and co-develop new patterns and UI components to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to identify pain points and implement data-driven improvements.
• Partner with engineering by providing thorough design specs and partner on implementation to deliver a high-quality, high-craft experience.
• Present designs and user journeys at the team and group level.

You Have

• Proven experience (3+ years) in product design, with proactive problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya or similar software.
• End-to-end systems thinking that advocates for holistic and connected user experiences.
• Inquisitive about product goals from both a company's and user's perspective, leaning into a learning culture both within the Product Design team and the larger Roblox organization.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and user-centered design thinking.
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Collaborative mentality with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence design decisions.
• Understanding and passion for the gaming industry, especially user-generated content platforms like Roblox.
• A keen curiosity about user experience trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on

Annual Salary Range

$173,470—$210,500 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
