What We're Looking for:

The Human Resources Analyst plays a critical role in supporting key HR Compliance function, with a specialized focus on compliance, student and early career programs, HR systems, and administrative operations. This position ensures the efficient execution of HR processes, supports recruitment initiatives, and maintains data integrity across multiple platforms.

What You will Do:

Early Career & Student Co-Op Program

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for student and early career initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design, implement, and manage a robust co-op program across multiple departments, fostering a pipeline of future talent.
  • Assist with managing the summer intern program.
  • Lead intern recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview logistics, and offer management.
  • Cultivate relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen brand presence and attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and student engagement events, promoting opportunities and building awareness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compliance & Onboarding

  • Conduct remote I-9 verification meetings with new hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion of employment eligibility documentation.
  • Manage E-Verify submissions and resolve discrepancies in compliance processes, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain secure, accurate, and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Perform regular audits of employee files to ensure documentation completeness and compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Systems & Technical Support

  • Serve as the backup administrator for the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and user access.
  • Troubleshoot ATS technical issues and provide timely support to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Support special projects and data analysis as assigned.

Position Requirements

What You Need:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) for the purpose of spreadsheets and information retrieval.
  • Experience with remote document verification and digital HR tools.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
  • A strong customer service attitude and desire to assist others is essential.
  • Dependability, regular, predictable attendance, and the ability to work under pressure, while meeting critical time frames are required.
  • Maintenance of confidentiality is mandatory and the ability to handle and complete multiple tasks/projects is critical.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
