We're looking for a dedicated, detail-driven Service Technician who takes pride in quality, efficiency, and helping homeowners protect their biggest investment. You'll run pre-scheduled maintenance appointments, complete system inspections, and identify smart upgrades that improve performance and safety. Every day brings new customers, new challenges, and the chance to deliver a "WOW" experience while working independently in the field.

What You'll Do


• Complete annual maintenance checks with precision and speed


• Work independently in customers' homes using proven processes and tools


• Inspect, maintain, and upgrade waterproofing, foundation, and concrete systems


• Deliver excellent customer service built on trust and professionalism


• Identify issues early and recommend effective solutions


• Uphold Sure-Dry's quality, safety, and performance standards

Requirements


• Comfort working independently and managing a structured daily route


• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work


• Construction or trade experience preferred


• Consultative sales experience is a plus


• Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs.


• Valid non-probationary driver's license and safe driving record
