TurnKey Renovators is a licensed general contractor serving residential and commercial clients across Greater New Orleans. In three years of business, we've achieved nearly 100% growth year over year.

We handle a wide range of projects: kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, roofing, siding, fencing, concrete, demolition, ironworks, access gates, landscaping, hardscaping, and commercial construction.

We're hiring a sales representative to convert warm leads into closed deals.

What you'll do

  • Run in-home and on-site consultations with homeowners and commercial clients
  • Own the full sales cycle from first appointment to signed contract
  • Assess project scope, explain our services, and present proposals
  • Use our CRM (Lead Perfection), Houzz, and Company Cam to manage your pipeline
  • Travel throughout New Orleans and surrounding areas (Metairie, Kenner, and beyond)

We provide the leads. You close them. Expect a minimum of 3 qualified leads per week, with more available based on your performance.

What we're looking for

Required

  • 3+ years of sales experience in construction, renovations, roofing, or a related trade
  • Strong working knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction processes
  • Reliable transportation (truck not required, but you need a vehicle)
  • Ability to assess project scope and speak credibly with homeowners and contractors
  • Self-motivated with a track record of hitting sales targets

Helpful but not required

  • Experience with in-home sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and estimating software
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Schedule and expectations

This role is results-focused. Ideal hours are 10 AM to 6 PM, but we care about closed deals more than hours logged. If you close at a high rate, you have flexibility.

Weekends and evenings are not expected.
