What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and oral tissues.
• Perform clinical treatments such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and other restorative and preventive services.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Formulate and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Administer anesthetics to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete all required documentation in compliance with clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient scheduling, patient satisfaction, and achievement of office production and collection goals.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including mentorship meetings, continuing education, and performance reviews to support growth and clinical excellence.

What You'll Have

Education & Licensure:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school; valid state dental license; compliance with continuing education requirements.

Clinical Proficiency:

• Skilled in a wide range of general dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.

Diagnostic & Treatment Planning:

• Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop accurate, personalized treatment plans using visual exams, x-rays, and other tools.

Patient-Centered Care:

• Demonstrates empathy, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with patients to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

Infection Control & Risk Management:

• Adheres to strict infection control protocols and remains calm and effective in managing dental emergencies.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

• Works well within a team environment, leading and supporting dental staff to ensure smooth operations and high standards of care.

Time Management & Organization:

• Manages multiple patients efficiently while maintaining accuracy in clinical documentation and patient records.

Commitment to Growth:

• Actively engages in continuing education and professional development to stay current with advances in dental care and technology.
