We're a doctor-owned and led dental support organization (DSO) seeking an experienced and compassionate General Dentist to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while contributing to the continued success and growth of the practice.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and oral tissues.
- Perform clinical treatments such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and other restorative and preventive services.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Formulate and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Administer anesthetics to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete all required documentation in compliance with clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient scheduling, patient satisfaction, and achievement of office production and collection goals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including mentorship meetings, continuing education, and performance reviews to support growth and clinical excellence.
What You'll Have
Education & Licensure:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school; valid state dental license; compliance with continuing education requirements.
Clinical Proficiency:
- Skilled in a wide range of general dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
Diagnostic & Treatment Planning:
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop accurate, personalized treatment plans using visual exams, x-rays, and other tools.
Patient-Centered Care:
- Demonstrates empathy, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with patients to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
Infection Control & Risk Management:
- Adheres to strict infection control protocols and remains calm and effective in managing dental emergencies.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Works well within a team environment, leading and supporting dental staff to ensure smooth operations and high standards of care.
Time Management & Organization:
- Manages multiple patients efficiently while maintaining accuracy in clinical documentation and patient records.
Commitment to Growth:
- Actively engages in continuing education and professional development to stay current with advances in dental care and technology.
