What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure environment.
• Conduct identification and verification of individuals entering or exiting the premises in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and directions.
• Carry out regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site policies.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to maintain a professional presence and support the security-related needs of the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
