As a Sr Product Manager at Conga, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and executing the roadmap for our AI-driven solutions, specifically focusing on AI Platform, Agentic AI, AI Configuration Studio, and advanced AI-driven insights for our AI pillar. Conga thrives on solving complex business problems for our customers – you'll bridge the technical and business worlds to create products that our customers love. You'll help shape our next phase of growth by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, including agents and large language models, to deliver compelling product experiences.

Here's What We're Looking For…
Related experience.
You bring 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products. You have a proven track record of building and launching new product features or standalone solutions with measurable market success, You're familiar with AI technologies, machine learning, including AI Platform, AI-driven agents, or large language model-based tools.You've worked cross-functionally with development, design, data science, and go-to-market (GTM) teams to deliver AI-centric features on time and within scope, while balancing feature requests, technical constraints, and market opportunities. You use metrics and user feedback to evaluate feature performance and continuously refine your roadmap, especially for AI-based functionalities.
Research-driven creativity.
You have an ability to gather insights from market trends, user feedback, and data analytics, then translate them into strategic product requirements. You're comfortable running experiments and leveraging user research to refine features in AI Platform Studio and other AI-driven functionalities. You have experience wireframing and collaborating with UX teams to create intuitive experiences that blend AI insights with user workflows.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You ensure clarity about product release timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies. When you speak you are clear and concise, while adapting to different communication styles. This allows you to communicate product vision and priorities to ensure teams stay aligned and motivated, while providing timely decisions to resolve system-level questions, manage feature backlogs, and help triage defects effectively.
Champion the customer.
You work with the customer in mind. You collaborate with marketing to promote new AI Platform and AI features, ensuring customers understand the capabilities and benefits of these solutions You utilize direct feedback from users, translating insights into improvements, and help drive adoption of AI offerings. You document processes, logs, and outcomes to create a continuous feedback loop for product enhancements.
Education.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
U.S Base Salary Range
$129,154—$206,646 USD
