About Glomi Wellness Lab
Glomi Wellness Lab is a luxury, physician-led aesthetic and wellness practice offering concierge treatments and mobile med spa experiences throughout San Diego County. Founded by Dr. Kristin Dean, Glomi blends medical expertise with modern beauty, bringing confidence-boosting, natural results wherever you are.
We're hosting our Fall Soirée in La Jolla — a chic wellness event that celebrates beauty, balance, and glow — and we're looking for a charismatic, polished Brand & Sales Associate to help us connect with guests, share our offerings, and inspire same-day bookings.
Role Overview
You'll be the warm, welcoming face of Glomi during our signature Fall Soirée. Your goal: create an exceptional guest experience and support conversions through genuine conversation, education, and personalized recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests as they move through wellness stations
- Educate guests on Glomi's signature services and memberships
- Help guide guests toward the right treatments for their goals
- Encourage same-day bookings and help guests complete scheduling
- Support raffles, giveaways, and event flow
- Maintain Glomi's luxury aesthetic and warm, professional tone
Ideal Candidate
- Background in aesthetics, skincare, or wellness (spa, med spa, beauty retail, or luxury service)
- Polished and personable; loves connecting with people
- Confident communicator, not pushy — you believe in beauty through care and knowledge
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be available Sunday, October 26, 2025 (La Jolla, CA) 2-5PM
Compensation
- $30/hr base for event day + booking bonus
