What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?:

  • Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, PMI or PMP certification preferred, but not required.
  • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain demonstrated SAP IBP Experience and Power BI development experience.

Best: Demonstrates proactive stakeholder engagement, strong data analysis skills, and ability to manage hybrid/remote teams effectively.

What are unique selling points that would get candidates interested in your role over another?:

AI planning at which has many opportunities to grow from knowledge in Cloud (hot in demand industry skill to have)

How will contractor performance be measured?: Based on timely deliverable of assigned tasks
