The Role

We're looking for a highly organized Marketing Content Coordinator to be the execution engine of our Marketing team. You'll publish content, execute multi-channel campaigns, and bring creative initiatives to life across Kiavi's brand and channels. You'll also engage with customers and leads on social media, playing a key role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting business goals. Responsibilities

  • Schedule social media posts and monitor channels for comments, mentions, and DMs.
  • Upload and publish blog posts, webinars, and press releases to the website using correct formatting, linking, images, and SEO best practices.
  • Populate pre-designed landing page templates with approved final copy, assets, UTMs, and legal disclaimers.
  • Assist with deploying SEO and content updates across the website, and conduct QA checks on new content for functionality, mobile compatibility, and brand adherence.
  • Maintain trackers to organize feedback, version updates, and coordination needs for efficient campaign execution.
  • Assist in preparing webinars and events, including creating registration pages and prepping on-demand recordings.
  • Draft creative briefs for the design team and manage the sharing of creative files with partners and vendors.
  • Research and share emerging social media trends, content ideas, and engagement opportunities.
  • Respond to Google and TrustPilot reviews using approved language and escalate feedback to management.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, SalesOps, BizOps, Operations, Legal, Product, Engineering, and FP&A

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, comfortable handling multiple ongoing programs with varying priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proofread effectively and craft punchy, error-free copy.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn new platforms and processes quickly.
  • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace tools, and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or social media management tools like HootSuite.
  • Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) for light-touch edits or asset coordination.
  • Nice to have, but not required: you love real estate or finance

Kiavi takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. The expected annualized base pay range for this full-time role to be performed remotely is $60,000 to $90,000 plus 5% bonus plus benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.   • Remote Work Policy: Kiavi supports working remotely for day to day activities for most roles and occasionally may ask employees to gather in person for key meetings, trainings, team building etc. For remote workers, Kiavi offers a one-time office setup reimbursement of up to $500 and a monthly $85 stipend for internet and phone expenses. For in-office workers, Kiavi offers employer contributions to commuter benefits account, either for parking or public transportation.
  • Flexible Time Off: Employees are empowered to manage their own time off, with no strict limits, as long as it's approved by their manager.
  • Paid Leaves: Up to 8 weeks of paid leave for medical or caregiver purposes, and 12 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave. Short-term disability leave is also available for birthing mothers.
  • 401(k) & Company Match: A 401(k) plan managed by Fidelity, with Kiavi matching 100% of contributions up to 3% of compensation or $6,000 (whichever is less). All employer contributions are immediately vested.
