Youth & Family Therapist*
, you'll provide high-quality, client-centered care for youth ages 5–24 in a supportive, non-quota-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth and their families (approximately 60% direct service)
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Collaborate with schools, counties, and other community partners
  • Deliver community education and participate in regular clinical supervision

*Qualifications Required:*

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Current Minnesota licensure (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
