Monday to Friday (Seasonal Saturdays required)

$45,000 – $65,000/year (Base + Commissions + Bonuses)

We are looking for a Tire & Wheel Specialist who thrives on delivering excellent customer service, leading by example, and making smart decisions in a fast-paced shop in Minot, ND. You'll be the bridge between customers and technicians — diagnosing, educating, and coordinating repairs while making sure every experience is a great one.

What You'll Do

• Greet every customer with a "customer first" attitude.
• Accurately diagnose concerns, gather vehicle information, and prepare estimates using our Fast 5 process.
• Communicate service options, timelines, and status updates clearly.
• Help customers understand their vehicle's needs with honesty and transparency.
• Coordinate service workflow between techs, tire staff, and parts ordering.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and ensure repair records are well documented.
• Manage completion reviews and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
• Assist with warranty education and manage warranty-related issues.

Requirements

• Experience with tires, wheels, and auto service operations.
• Able to work a varied full-time schedule (weekends, holidays, some evenings).
• Must live near Minot AFB or be able to commute reliably.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math, record-keeping, and computer skills.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and up to 30 lbs frequently.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, climb, walk, and perform typical shop duties.
